I hope you all have fun plans this weekend. I plan to spend some time with my family!

As we move closer to winter I want to share some winter affirmations. I struggle with the seasons changing and I know that a lot of people in my life do as well.

❄️ The shorter days remind me that rest is powerful and necessary.
