About a year ago I discovered recipes for homemade Hamburger Helper. We weren’t big fans of the box mixes but on busy days they did come in handy. I’ve tweaked these recipes a bit and they are now far better than the store bought mixes. The ingredients fit perfectly in a quart mason jar. Our family’s favorite is the stroganoff with the lasagna in a close second. The tomato mac is good but is usually the last one on the shelf. I’ll include the recipes for all three.
