Here’s the last mulch job I recently completed! Before and afters look great to me!
The stones for the walkway were completely sunk into the ground, had to excavate a few of them by hand, but now they look brand new again.

Couple projects around the yard for this customer!
-Demo to a concrete bench as well as exposing the existing paver pad underneath.
-Power washing the patio area.

Another amazing deck refurbish!

On first appearance this looked simple enough but once I started making repairs I quickly found out 95 percent of the surface boards were rotting along with the steps, most of the rails, and the entire siding! This was all hidden by the horrible paint job done by the previous company..

Now the deck is practically brand new again! The customer really liked the painted look but instead of repainting it, I recommended a solid stain and they couldn't be happier! Thank you and enjoy!!

Alright guys this is the last little bit from Old Munich Tavern & Grill. Technically the job was "finished" but something was missing. Throwing in the lattice and replacing the rotten wooden border with some spare landscape rocks took 30 minutes and made all the difference in the world in my opinion!

The approach the owner and I took was how do we keep a clean appearance, and how is this gonna look in 5 years?

Correctly trimming and rearranging the existing shrubs/bushes to avoid a crowded look was the first step. Next we strategically picked and placed each plant in a way so that when they mature the landscape will be full, beautiful, and easy to maintain!

We continued the clean look with river rock.
I am very well aware that mulch looks nicer most of the time, and it has healthier benefits. We chose river rock in the end because between its simplistic yet lovely appeal, as well as being easier to keep clean (cigarette butts, wrappers, etc.) it was the most suitable option for this specific project!
