It's generally recommended to avoid painting outdoors in direct sunlight on hot sunny days, especially during the hottest parts of the day. High temperatures and rapid drying can negatively impact the quality and durability of your paint job.

Challenges of painting in direct sunlight
Rapid Drying and Poor Adhesion: Direct sunlight and high temperatures accelerate paint drying, sometimes causing the top layer to dry too quickly while the underlying layers remain wet. This can result in premature drying, poor adhesion, blistering (bubbles forming in the paint film), and an uneven or rough finish.

Surface Temperature Variations: Surfaces exposed to direct sunlight can become significantly hotter than the ambient air temperature, further increasing the risk of rapid drying and adhesion issues.
