At Long Meadow, we take property and equipment care seriously. But in this industry, we know stuff breaks sometimes, and mistakes happen when you're working hard.

To keep the mood light when things don't go exactly to plan, we let the Wheel decide the penalty. Yesterday, the wheel demanded a 60 second dance party in complete silence. No music, just the raw sound of work boots on the shop floor.

Shoutout to the crew for being good sports. Keeping the culture fun makes the grind a lot easier.

We’ve been doing a ton of planting and landscape design jobs lately, and our crews just wrapped up another great front yard refresh.

Every home is different, but the goal is always the same: clean up the old growth and build something that looks crisp and sustainable. For this property, we removed the overgrown brush, reshaped the landscape beds with a clean edge, and installed a fresh mix of perennials and colorful annuals.

Thanks again to the Oxford Area Chamber of Commerce for helping us celebrate our ribbon cutting and new shop location last week!

We’re excited to finally be getting settled in and continuing to improve the property. One cool feature you can already see in this photo is the paver entry walkway out front, we installed it using a mix of different styles and colors so clients can see options in person when stopping by the shop.

Looking forward to continuing to grow and serve our community from our new home!

Fresh mulch and crisp bed edges make a huge difference.

This one completely cleaned up the front of the property and gave it a sharp, finished look just in time for summer. Simple upgrades like fresh mulch and redefining bed edges can totally transform curb appeal.
