This one’s been a long time coming.
Back in late 2024, Top Notch took on our first ground-up home build—starting from raw land and bringing it to life.

We handled:
• Foundation layout
• Floor system
• Full framing package
• Custom timber front porch (1,000 sq ft)
• Roof system + metal roofing

This project pushed us—steep terrain, heavy timber work, and a whole lot of problem-solving along the way. But that’s the kind of work we take pride in.

The homeowner ended up carrying it across the finish line, and seeing it completed… they did a great job. It turned out to be a beautiful home.

What I’m most proud of is what you don’t see— When cabinets and finishes went in, everything lined up clean. No shimming, no fighting walls. That’s the kind of foundation we believe in.

This one was a big step for us. It proved something I already believed:
We can build it from the ground up—and do it right.

Before and after of a shower we just wrapped up.

Original shower was less than a year old in a brand new house. Was holding water all along the back wall and floor had already been tore out and "repaired" once. Raw edge of tile showing around all of the niches. You can even see the barcode on some. It breaks my heart for people to get such shoddy work done.

Customer cried when she saw it completed tonight. I love getting that reaction, just hate that they had to suffer through the mess before getting what they should have had in the first place.

Looking to add at least 2 more to our crew. Must have good character reference and be ready to tackle anything. We do everything remodel and restoration wise, even lifting whole houses to replace the entire flooring system. Now starting new houses turnkey from the ground up as well.
Must be well rounded in knowledge and experience in residential construction. Willingness to continually learn and have a good attitude is a must.
$20-$30 per hour
