It's an EXCITING day for Top Notch! After 16+ years of remodeling only, we are starting our first NEW BUILD from the ground up!

Huge shout out to this customer for the opportunity, knowing we've never built one from scratch. Communication has been a key factor already.

Before and after of a shower we just wrapped up.

Original shower was less than a year old in a brand new house. Was holding water all along the back wall and floor had already been tore out and "repaired" once. Raw edge of tile showing around all of the niches. You can even see the barcode on some. It breaks my heart for people to get such shoddy work done.

Customer cried when she saw it completed tonight. I love getting that reaction, just hate that they had to suffer through the mess before getting what they should have had in the first place.

Looking to add at least 2 more to our crew. Must have good character reference and be ready to tackle anything. We do everything remodel and restoration wise, even lifting whole houses to replace the entire flooring system. Now starting new houses turnkey from the ground up as well.
Must be well rounded in knowledge and experience in residential construction. Willingness to continually learn and have a good attitude is a must.
$20-$30 per hour
