It's that time of year again. The temperature is dropping and you want to keep your family Comfortable ,Safe and Healthy. We are here to help. We are offering FREE Crawlspace and Roof Inspections. This is a $500.00 Service that we are offering to everyone on FB. With each inspection incudes a detailed report with pictures explaining the overall condition of the inspected area.
Example:(Crawlespace Inspection)
1. We check for debris, trash and anything that could potentially be a FireHazzard, a place for Insect and Rodents hide ,live and breed.
2. We check for ventilation air quality, dampness.
3. We make sure that your crawlspace is properly insulated and none of the insulation is hanging and that all HVAC duct in the area and properly connected and upto date and working efficiently.
4. We perform a structural inspection of the foundation making taking note if any settlement cracks and any rott damage.
5 We also so conduct a simple soil test to make sure there aren't any harmful gasses being expended from the ground and entering your home and potentially being harmful to your family and love ones. Last year we had a unbelievable surge of interest for these services that we decided to offer it 2 months earlier. This is a current project we are working on that happens to be a good friend and my son Brocks best friends Father's house. We are doing a renovation of the 2nd floor of a bi-level that includes the kitchen, livingroom, dining room hallway stairs and railings. We are refinishing the original hardwood floors that are probably 50+ years old.
