Our Story
At Kramer Heating & Cooling, we install only quality Rheem products. We feel that they are the top HVAC products in design, technology and efficiency. Our Mission is simple: help your family enjoy a new degree of comfort with solutions to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We can help you with a wide range of products including air conditioners, gas furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, split systems, boilers, and other air quality products. Rheem products carry an excellent warranty of 10 years for parts and a lifetime warranty for heat exchangers. They also offer a consumer financing program called Kwik Comfort, which is easy to apply and qualify for - we will help you with the process. Kramer Heating and Cooling strives everyday to live up to the company motto, “Quality and Comfort without Compromise.”
John Kramer has been in the HVAC business for 30 years. He received his associates degree from WWTC (Western Wisconsin Technical College now known as Western Technical College in La Crosse, WI) in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in 1987, and in 1995 completed a sheet metal apprenticeship earning his Journeyman status. After almost 17 years in business with a partner, he decided the time was right to break off and venture out on his own, and Kramer Heating and Cooling, LLC was born. Many of his valued employees came along with him and they are ready to provide you with quality services and workmanship.
