🏡 Front Porch Transformation Complete! 🏡

Another outdoor upgrade finished by Leonard & Sons Contracting!

This project included:
✔️ Removal and disposal of the old porch decking, stair treads, risers, and damaged materials
✔️ Installation of new structural blocking for a solid foundation
✔️ New Trex border boards and decking for a beautiful, low-maintenance finish
✔️ New Trex railings for safety and curb appeal
✔️ Replacement of a roof support post with a new pressure-treated 4x4, finished with white vinyl wrap and Trex post cap
✔️ Removal of concrete under the stairs to properly reinforce the new deck structure
✔️ New stair stringers, treads, risers, and vertical Trex trim for a clean, finished look

The result is a durable, low-maintenance porch that looks great and is built to last for years to come!

What an incredible day at the Dolgeville Violet Festival Parade! 💜

We had a blast being part of this great community tradition and loved seeing so many smiling faces along the parade route. We handed out a TON of candy, koozies, and bracelets, and the energy from the crowd made it all worthwhile!

A big thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate. We're proud to be part of such a wonderful community and can't wait to do it again next year.

🏗️ From Start to Finish — A Complete Transformation! 🏗️

This project was one of our biggest and most rewarding builds yet. We started by carefully demolishing and removing an old garage that had reached the end of its life. From there, we built a brand-new 30' x 32' pole barn from the ground up.

✅ Drilled post holes and poured concrete footers
✅ Installed laminated posts and stone backfill
✅ Set trusses and completed structural bracing
✅ Installed wall and roof purlins
✅ Wrapped the entire structure with Tyvek house wrap
✅ Installed metal roofing and siding panels
✅ Installed new windows, entry doors, garage doors, and openers
✅ Completed electrical installation for lighting and outlets
✅ Added underground conduit and wiring for a clean, professional finish

This wasn't just a new building—it was a complete replacement designed to provide years of reliable use, durability, and protection.

We're proud of the craftsmanship our team delivered every step of the way and grateful to our customer for trusting us with such a major investment.
