Meet the team: David (Zach) Land. Zach has been our foreman here at ACMC since February of 2022. Zach has worked in this industry since the age of 15. He is the one who makes things happen on the jobsite. He brings the experience and expertise required to exceed the industry standard and complete the job. Zach’s abilities to operate machinery is second to none. He is a great leader and addition to our team. When Zach isn’t running a job he can be found in the woods either hunting, fishing, or riding ATVs with his sons.

Mike Land Jr: Mike is the founder and current CEO of Asphalt & concrete maintenance (ACMC). Mike grew up working in this industry with his father. In 2000 Mike and his wife Mrs. Sharon decided to start ACMC. Starting off filling potholes out of the back of his truck but quickly built it into servicing large fueling stations, restaurants, and big box retailers nationwide. Mike is an avid hunter and outdoorsman which led him to open his guide service for whitetail hunts in the Midwest named black gold outfitters.
