RJE Fencing and Home Improvements is a locally owned Colorado business serving the greater Denver metro area and surrounding cities; that is growing and looking to increase capacity in 2023. We are lawn and home care experts who take pride in our promise of providing high-quality services. There are a number of services we provide including: fencing and landscaping, mowing, aeration, fertilization, sprinkler start up, blow out and maintenance, trash removal, power washing, painting and much more. We pride ourselves in our customer's satisfaction and the professional job they hire us to perform.
We are seeking a motivated mowing crew that can self manage assigned daily and weekly routes efficiently and be responsible while showing initiative. Drivers must be able to drive company trucks with attached trailers to various job locations. Must be able to follow directions and have good communication skills. Will be responsible for manual labor tasks, landscaping, site maintenance, and general support operations on location at our worksites.
-This is a part-time position which will work no more than 39 hours per week and is not eligible for benefits. Part-time positions may have routine or variable work schedules.
-32-39 hours weekly –-Normal work weeks will be 9-5 Monday - Friday.
-$17-$23 hourly base pay with pay increases based on merit, initiative, and quality
-This will be 80% yard maintenance.
Job requirements
-Must have a valid Drivers license and a clean driving history
-Working cell phone
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Ability to lift 50+lbs
-Perform weekly equipment maintenance
-Availability to work weekends if there is a weather delay during the week
-Be polite, courteous and professional in your interactions
-A great attitude and willingness to learn and enjoy being outside
-Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime
-Ability to work in all kinds of weather conditions
-Stand and walk for long periods of time and work in all weather conditions.
-Required use of hand tools, power tools, and various equipment.
-Must have the ability to safely work with gas powered equipment.
