A previous contractor did some rot repair for this customer on an old unflashed deck that had leaked into the basement. Never came back to do the deck. So we came in and gave this back yard a face lift! New 18x12 deck! A big Thank you to Ainsworth Excavation LLC for digging up the old 2 piers and setting 3 new ones for us! We love deck builds, its one of our favorite things to do! Give us a call to get on our schedule next summer as we already have a good hand full of decks to do, or any other projects you have in mind!

I was able to squeeze these customers in before the cold season on a fresh paint job. Lots of prep work went into this job. They loved it so much we are coming back in the spring for some rot repair on the front door area and a new deck!

Check out these before and after photos. Scrape, sand, bonding primer, caulk, paint! This one took a lot of prep work before we could even begin to think about paint. 16 gallons of paint later i brought this house back to life!! Wrapped up this project in milan today!! New siding,windows,doors on the main living floor. We also put on some 1/2 inch foil foam to help the r value on this trailer. We changed out the deck window with a new French door so they can enjoy the new deck i built last year!! Some very happy clients!! This was a fun one, onto the next! Job opportunity

Looking to hire Carpenter/laborer experience is a plus, but not necessary. Must have own hand tools and be able to read a tape measure. Must have a drivers license and transportation. Pay based on experience. Absolute zero tolerance on drugs and alcohol.
