Today we spent some time freshening up this apartment complex in Lodi!

We used Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh on all the wood surfaces and Pro Industrial on the gas meters to give everything a clean, durable finish. These high-quality coatings will help keep the property looking sharp for years to come.

Another wallpaper job wrapped up!
This one was definitely a challenge, but the results were worth it.

We were working over extremely textured paneling, so the prep process was key. We skimmed/mudded the walls, installed wallpaper liner, primed the liner, and then installed the wallpaper over the top to get the best possible finish.

We also gave the shelving a fresh update with one coat of Sherwin-Williams Extreme Bond Primer followed by an enamel topcoat.

The cabinets were degreased, lightly sanded, and clear coated with General Finishes to bring them back to life while keeping their natural look.

A lot of prep went into this one, but that’s what makes the final result stand out. Tough projects like this are always rewarding when you see it all come together!

Another great year being a part of LIFT LODI! Our team was able to pressure wash, scrape, and apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Deck and Dock stain to the deck at spring creek park.
