Today I got to give these old flower boxes a fresh coat of paint. They were built by this sweet lady’s husband about 10 years ago, and she told me she misses him. She just wanted to see them looking good again.

Less than an hour of sanding, prep, and two fresh coats of paint—and they’re ready for a few more years.

Another home protected and looking like new. 👌

This project included replacing rotted window trim and repairing damaged wood by the garage. We removed the deteriorated wood, installed new material, properly prepped everything, and finished it with fresh paint for a seamless repair.

The best part? Another happy homeowner.

Another custom California-style fence completed by Lodi Home Repair & Maintenance! 🔨

This project included a massive 13-foot double swinging gate built for both functionality and curb appeal. To make room for the oversized gates, we removed existing bushes, completed the site preparation, and constructed a durable custom fence designed to last.

A project of this size takes teamwork, and I teamed up with some great help American Remodel Inc to get it done right. Proud of how this one turned out

Another clean transformation in the books 🙌

Just finished painting the eaves, gutters, and fascia boards in a crisp semi-gloss white, and it came out 🔥. Not only does it give the home a fresh, sharp look, but it also adds real protection where it matters most.

Wood fascia boards are constantly exposed to sun, rain, and moisture. Without proper paint, they can start to rot, warp, and lead to bigger (and more expensive) issues down the line. A quality paint job acts as a seal, helping prevent water damage and extending the life of the wood.
