I want to apologize once more to everyone who has supported and believed in us over the years. It really hurts that these changes were out of my control. This is exactly why I was working toward building my own business—so I could have control over situations like this—but I guess that’s not in the plans for me right now.
I truly hate that I had to stop services so abruptly without warning, but the truth is the news I received was just as sudden. I thought things had already been changed, but then my other job told me, ‘You’re doing this now.’ I was blindsided and told the changes were immediate. The very next day I was assigned a new truck and told where to go, and that was it.
I want everyone to know I never intended for it to happen this way. I didn’t get the chance to give notice or prepare anyone, and that weighs heavy on me. I truly apologize—it wasn’t my intention, and it hurts me deeply that it turned out this way.
