Beanstalk Home Improvements, LLC is a small, family-owned residential construction company. We do interior and exterior home renovations of all sizes, and we are currently looking to grow our team.
Our crews work on numerous different types of projects, from tile showers, kitchens, and basement finishing to deck construction, additions, windows and siding, and more. You'll rarely be performing the same tasks for more than a few days at a time.
As an employee at Beanstalk Home Improvements, you can expect to learn and perform all aspects of frame-to-finish carpentry, including framing, drywall, finish carpentry and staircases, cabinetry and tile work. We strive for perfection on every project, and expect you to do the same.
You must be willing to communicate with customers, delegate tasks efficiently, and coach less experienced team members. Some traits we are looking for include the following:
