The renovation project involved an array of repairs, including drywall repair, patching, and ceiling texture (popcorn spray) , as well as the installation of new doors, jam extensions, and trim. Other work included painting, subfloor preparation utilizing Ardex for finishing seams and screw holes, refinishing of existing window frames, installation of coped shoe molding, and new lighting fixtures, with one still pending in the bedroom. Moreover, new LVT glue-down flooring was laid, and accent walls were painted.
