!!!!! Barn Build Update !!!!!

Hit a big milestone today!!! Wrapped up the exterior of the build. Got the brick wayne's coat and front wall installed then completed it out with hardie lap siding and finished it up with a fresh coat of primer and paint. Feels good to have the exterior completed and see it all starting to really come together. Now it's time to focus on the inside and put the finishing touches on this project!!!!!

Ceiling is installed. Finishing up our walls downstairs now and getting ready for trim. Drywall is installed, finished, textured, and painted upstairs. Cedar accent walls are installed and windows are trimmed out. Will be ready for staining everything soon once the flooring gets delivered and we can install it. !!!!!! Barn Build Update !!!!!!

This project is moving right along. Got the 24 gauge standing seam roof installed and sealed up so now we can start on some interior finishes. Got the exterior walls and under the roof spray insulated and along with the ICF walls managing the temperature in this building shouldn't be a problem and it's definitely built to last. Stay tuned for the finish work we are doing because this project is gonna turn out really nice when it's finished!!!!

Some before, after, and during pictures of a bathroom that we just put the finishing touches on just in time for Spring. All of the work done is in house by my crew and me. Took advantage of the nice weather this week and finished up this metal project. Replaced a few damaged panels and trim....

Took advantage of the nice weather this week and finished up this metal project. Replaced a few damaged panels and trim. Also straightened up the facia and replaced some wood rot. Screwed the roof off completely and finished trimming the roof and walls. Wrapped the garage doors. Installed new soffit and facia. And also cut in for exterior lighting to be installed in soffit. We came out and put all the final touches on this shop that were needed to complete it and keep it protected from the elements and everything else that had been finding its way in. !!!!!!! Custom Cedar Barn Doors !!!!!!!

Built and installed these custom barn doors to finish closing up the barn build project I've been working on recently. The doors are 6'x 10' each and made from cedar lumber then covered the back with plywood and sealed to withstand the elements and last many years. Starting to come together and really look like something. Got all of the exterior pretty well framed up and sheeted. Ready for roof, siding, and soffit. Windows and gable vents installed. Got the stairs and closet framed in and also the bathroom with above storage space. Working on some custom barn doors so we can close this thing up and be able to start doing finish work. Coming right along with the current project. Got the top on and sealed up just in time for whatever weather comes our way. Still lots of work left to do but this is going to be a neat little building when it's finished.
