Happy Memorial Day plant frens! This lovely Makoyana Maranta is also known as a peacock prayer plant, because at night the leaves lift up and close together like praying hands. This one was quite difficult to photograph. We rate this Anthurium Hookeri as an easy beginner plant because it has not given us any problem in the last 6 months so far. Check out the second photo to see how large the new leaf unfolded!

🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Extremely heartbreaking. Praying for the families of the young children lost at Uvalde. So gut wrenching to think this can happen to any of our children. Couldn’t imagine sending my lil sprout to school and her not coming home.
