Ingredients:

- 28 oz Lil Smokies beef cocktail sausages
- 12 oz jar beef gravy
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

1. In a medium saucepan, combine beef gravy, ranch seasoning mix, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
2. Add the Lil Smokies sausages to the pan and stir to coat them in the sauce.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a gentle simmer.

Beef and Cheese Chimichangas

Ingredients:

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 large flour tortillas
- Vegetable oil for brushing or frying

Directions:

1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
2. Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until onion is soft and translucent.
3. Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
4. Mix the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses into the beef mixture.
5. Lay out the tortillas and spoon the beef and cheese mixture evenly into the center of each one.

- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
- Tortilla chips for serving

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Directions:

- 1 can (16.5 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini beef pepperoni slices
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Marinara sauce, for dipping

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or line with parchment.
2. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3 inches wide.

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions:

1. Season the chicken on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

Directions:

For the sponge cake:

For the filling:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer for 5 minutes, until thick and pale. Add vanilla and mix to combine.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until fully incorporated.
