I made this chicken pie last week for my band

I had: spinach, cage, carrots, onions, garlic, chicken, eggs, cheese, salt, black pepper, cream…they loved it and we rocked that stage! 🔥🔥🔥

✨How did I celebrate the release of “BIG BLUE SKY” last weekend? ✨

I made this turkey shepherd’s pie that was DE LI CIOUS! 🥰

If you want to make it you need to:

Make a creamy mashed potatoes with:

Potatoes 🤣
Milk
Cream
Butter
Salt
Olive oil
(Quantity depends on to taste and preference)

On another pan/pot:

Fry 2 onions
Add half. Cabbage (thin sliced)
(When starting to look golden add:)
Chopped garlic (as much as you like)
Salt…
Black pepper…
Then you add Ground turkey (or whatever you want, or nothing at all)
Cook it well
Add chopped carrots
(Optional; chopped parsley &/or raisins)

Then you begin to layer (like the images…)
I added olives, boiled eggs (6), (you can add cheese if you want…) on the top goes the mashed potatoes, sprinkle some olive oil, and parsley (if you like)…

Bake in medium heat until potatoes take a golden color…

We LOVED this place! We came 2 nights in a row to “BELLES” & were blown away with their cuisine! They make their own fresh bread, butter & sorbet on the spot & their flavors are out of this world!

I am going to miss Denmark! ❤️
