Downsized and realizing this house has very limited storage (less than I thought). What do you use to store old photo albums, board games, etc. I really donā€™t want totes under the bed, but fear thatā€™s where Iā€™m heading. I do have a big picture that I could put a console under but it needs to be less than 20ā€ wide and longer than 60ā€ (I guess since thatā€™s the length of the picture). I havenā€™t found anything yet with closed doors/ drawers that works. My husband is apparently a very traditional guy and doesnā€™t like the mid-century look of most things out there. I donā€™t want to spend a lot because I donā€™t care for the furniture in this room and want to replace it eventually too. But the house is a fixer upper and thatā€™s way done the list. Thank you.

Should I bother bringing this back from the dead? The inside racks are rusted out to hell, and both doors are nearly impossible to open and close. Should I demolish it or try to spend the effort to replace all the metal bits?

Went outside today and happened to spot my hot water system leaking rusty water. Also noticed the bulge thatā€™s appeared on the left hand side. Thereā€™s also water leaking out from underneath the unit.

My googling tells me I obviously need to do a full replacement, but is this like a ā€˜turn the water off immediately and do not use it again until this is fixedā€™ situation?
This is really bad right?
