This was a very smart move by the property owner and it changed the entire project.

He chose to switch from a flat ceiling to a vaulted ceiling after starting construction, and the impact was immediate. The space instantly felt larger, brighter, and more open.

On a second floor, vaulted ceilings are a gam changer. Better light, better airflow, and a completely different sense of volume.

By following the roofline, we were able to increase ceiling height from 8 feet to 11 feet without impacting the square footage.

Welcome to the "rough ins" stage, it’s the most important part of a garage conversion.
Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC all happen here, and once these walls close, changes get expensive.
Do it right or do it twice.

We prioritize this phase because after doing this dozens of times, we know exactly what inspectors are looking for, which can save days in the timeline .

There’s something special about working with repeat clients it’s not just about doing the job right, it’s about going above and beyond. That’s exactly what happened with this full home remodel in Playa del Rey.

New flooring, brought in fresh colors with a full interior paint job, remodeled the bathrooms, and added tile to the front entrance, back patio, and fireplace to give the entire home a new energy.

Every decision was made with comfort, style, and long term livability in mind because when a client trusts you with their home more than once, you make sure they feel it in every detail.

What you’re looking at is more than just a remodel ,it’s a full rebirth of a 4,785 square foot home in Palos Verdes.

5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, nearly 5,000 square feet… and we touched every inch of it.
39 doors and windows replaced.
All new tile throughout the home.
Every bathroom and the kitchen completely redesigned and rebuilt.
Garage converted. Full interior and exterior paint. Full restucco.
Every water and drain line repiped.

Six months of planning, problem-solving, long days, late nights, and nonstop coordination, and now, it stands as one of the most complete transformations we’ve ever delivered.

There were setbacks. There were wins. But we stayed locked in the whole way.

This project means a lot to us, not just because of the size, but because of what it took to bring it to life.
