A throwback to the good old days when life was simple and shared office spaces were all the hype… take me back to the good old days 🎶

Industrious Irvine is a beautiful hip office space with bright common areas, shared working spaces and private offices.

We had the pleasure of joining the fabulous team of and to create this hub of creativity!

Full floor TI. Paint doors, frames, exposed ceilings, drywall ceiling and t-bar tiles. Specialties on the job were direct glue Wallcovering, leather Nappatiles and scuff master paint.

An addition to the Hollywood skyline! In 2017 we completed the core and shell of 926 Sycamore for our friends over at . It was an honor to help bring the vision of to life!

The scope of our work included paint, paint exposed steel and paint CMU.

Throw Back Thursday to 2017 when we completed the Pen Factory Project!!
Situated in the heart of Silicon Beach, an old paper-mate site was transformed into a cool creative office hub. Tiferet Painting and Wallcovering was hired to complete commercial painting and high end graphics. A nod to the historical nature of the building, Pen Factory’s eye popping graphics wrap around the entire exterior of the building and create an immersive experience. It was a great pleasure to complete this project with our friends over at Morley Builders!
