Remember me… I am always there when you need me most, I’m right there. The initial shock hits so hard and your world stops, but the rest of the world goes on. Each of us, will and does find comfort in how we process death and loss. This set was decided upon a while ago. Little did I know, I would be using this set to remember my own recent loss. It’s bittersweet and yet a great way to remember and honor our loved ones that have now become our guardians, ensuring that we are safe and remembering that we, are loved.

Each candle (12 ounces) will have a spiritual and resinous fragrance that is perfect for the ofrenda. And each is made with an apricot soy wax blend, to ensure that we maximized the scent because it is very specific and delicate, and we are taking every precaution to be respectful of another culture and their spiritual practices.

This fragrance was born from a season of pain, persistence, and starting over. Inspired by the myth of the Phoenix, RISE is about burning away the old self, rising from the ashes, and finding unmatched strength on the other side.

A customer caught me off guard with those questions recently, and honestly, I choked on the answer. Truth is, this fragrance has been a passion project that I've started, paused, and restarted until it was just right.

The wait is almost over. Tomorrow in Part 2, the name, notes, and release date are finally dropping. Stay tuned.
