A great day on site at the Oak Center 🚧

Walking through the project while it’s actively under construction is always a reminder that great design is a team effort. From early concepts to what’s now taking shape in the field, it’s exciting to see this space come to life.

I'm grateful to be alongside such a dedicated group helping bring this vision to reality. This center will serve as a meaningful hub for both youth and seniors in the community, and we’re proud to be part of it.

More to come as we get closer to completion.

Nicole and Georgina visited our Bellflower Youth & Senior Center project this week along with Daniella Carter of , and took part in a memorable beam signing — a milestone that marks how far the building has come and the many hands that took part in shaping it.

The project is making great strides, and it was exciting to see the structure coming together alongside our collaborators and the community.

Curves aren’t just trending—they’re transforming how we feel in spaces. 🌀

The LA Times recently explored how curved architecture is making its way into modern home design—and we’ve been embracing that same “curve effect” in our hospitality and wellness projects for years.

Our design for ’s Beverly Hills Diamond Institute was driven by the psychology of curving forms. Research shows that people overwhelmingly prefer curves because they evoke calm, comfort, and safety—everything you want to feel when walking into a doctor’s office and wellness space.

Through elongated curves, soft lighting, and warm wood tones, we aimed to create a soothing, elevated space where patients feel at ease the moment they enter.

Today we take a look back at Lustig—a bold, playful Austrian inspired dining experience in the heart of Culver City.

Built in collaboration with the stellar team at , Lustig brought together textured concrete, warm millwork, and a vibrant range of patterns to create an environment that’s both contemporary and inviting.

Though this restaurant has since closed its doors, we’re proud to have contributed to its story.
