Fried Salmon Patties

Ingredients:
2 cans salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup crushed crackers
1 egg
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the salmon, chopped onion, crushed crackers, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until fully combined.

Shape the mixture into small patties and place them on a plate.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the salmon patties into the skillet and fry for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the patties and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with tartar sauce, lemon wedges, or your favorite Southern sides.

πŸ₯© Philly Cheesesteak β€” the sandwich that hits different every single time.

Let me tell you something. There are sandwiches... and then there is THE Philly Cheesesteak. πŸ˜€β€οΈβ€πŸ”₯

No, seriously. The moment that first bite hits β€” thinly shaved ribeye, caramelized onions, melted cheese oozing into every corner of a perfectly toasted hoagie roll β€” something inside you just WAKES UP. 😩✨

It's not just food. It's an experience. It's emotion on a roll. πŸ₯–πŸ’›

I made this for the first time on a random Tuesday night. Nothing special planned. Just me, my pan, and some beef. And by the time I took that first bite... I sat down, looked at the ceiling, and whispered "where have you been all my life." πŸ˜πŸ™Œ

No shame. Zero shame.

Here's what you need ❀️

🧾 The star: Ribeye steak β€” shaved ultra thin (freeze it for 30 min first, game changer πŸ”₯)

🧾 The soul: Onions Β· Green peppers Β· Mushrooms (optional but don't skip them πŸ‘€)

🧾 The melt: Provolone Β· White American cheese Β· or Cheez Whiz if you're feeling authentic πŸ˜„

🧾 The vessel: A soft hoagie roll β€” toasted just enough. Not too much. Respect the roll. πŸ₯–

πŸ”₯ The secret: HIGH heat. Cast iron if you have it. Let that beef sizzle and caramelize. Don't overcrowd the pan. And pile. that. cheese. on. while. it's. still. hot. πŸ§€

This sandwich doesn't need a fancy occasion. It IS the occasion. πŸ‘‘

Make it tonight. Eat it over the sink if you have to β€” we don't judge here. πŸ˜‚β€οΈ

Tag someone who needs this in their life RIGHT NOW. πŸ‘‡πŸ”₯ And tell me β€” Provolone, American, or Cheez Whiz? This is important. Very important. β¬‡οΈπŸ˜„

Savory, tangy, and stacked highβ€”this giant muffaletta is perfect for sharing (or not πŸ˜‰)! 🌟πŸ₯ͺ

Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
6 cups sliced peaches
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth.

Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter without stirring.

Spoon the peach mixture evenly over the batter. Do not stir, as the batter will rise around the peaches while baking.
