🍓🍵 Homemade Iced Raspberry Matcha Latte ✨
Sweet raspberry, earthy matcha, and creamy milk come together for the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. The best part? The raspberry layer is made with just a few simple ingredients.
Raspberry Jam:
• ½ cup frozen raspberries
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp lemon juice
Microwave for 1–2 minutes, then mash with a fork and let cool.
To Assemble:
• Add raspberry jam to the bottom of a glass
• Fill with ice
• Pour in 1 cup milk of choice
• Whisk 1 tsp matcha powder with 2 tbsp hot water until smooth
• Pour matcha over the milk and enjoy
Simple, refreshing, and almost too pretty to drink. 💕🍓
