SFS & KEPC would like to thank summit_academy_ for once again trusting us with their flooring project. This space will now become a Vocational Education Center. Also utilized by their Summer Camp.
We tore out old VCT & glued down carpet. We used an industrial vacuum & concrete grinder to flatten the uneven concrete. We used a moisture v***r barrier before all flooring went down. We then installed new LVT in the lab room & restroom. We installed a light brown, commercial Walk Off Tile for the back entrance . We used those same tiles for the upstairs landing & hallway. The stairs will be completed after painting. We installed a Color Pop carpet tile pattern in the classrooms. We hung new 6” black cove base throughout.

1800 square foot of RV storage bays. Adam, Tom, & Beau installed this beautiful coating. Using a moisture v***r barrier as the first coat. Then, adding a pigmented epoxy coat, with Orbit flakes broadcast into it. Last, will be a polyaspartic topcoat for UV, salt, & cold weather resistance.

Customers wanted natural Oak hardwood to go over their existing, finished boards, as those boards had no subfloor support. They had gaps & other issues over the years from a non professional installation. We abide. Once coated, it will look like a brand new home. Strothman Flooring Solutions always has the highest quality floors & installation. If you are not using us to coat your concrete, hardwood, or tile with a epoxy or polyaspartic product; then give SFS a call for your other flooring needs.

The concrete slab was in very poor shape. We found a solution. This Old Louisville building has great character. The interior design studio occupying the first floor wanted a unique, eye catching floor. The designer chose a metallic pour for the entrance/ showroom. Knowing a full leveling wasn’t in the budget, we adjusted for a denser viscosity epoxy. After some extensive repairs, we poured a pigmented moisture v***r barrier. Then came back with the decorative/ reflector layer of the floor. And finished it off with a UV resistant, polyaspartic top coat. Not the perfect conditions but a happy customer, nontheless
