What began as a classic 4-bedroom, 1-bath Cape Cod has been completely redefined—transformed into a modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with a new garage and a fully finished basement. Every detail was designed with intention, balancing charm and functionality to create the perfect home for a growing family in the heart of Louisville.

From a reimagined open-concept kitchen to a brand-new primary suite and expanded living areas below, this renovation proves that thoughtful design can preserve character while redefining comfort and flow.
