of the job. We just finished full perimeter system.
It also had an area where somebody previously was working in the bathroom and broke up the floor, but we fixed that as well
Also, I wanted to show how we sculpt our plastic so dust can’t get in between the floor joists

Hello there
Here’s another job
We just completed.
A young couple bought a house in
New Hampshire
That was once an old cottage next to a lake.
Throughout the years people added additions to the house and you had a hodgepodge of beams and temporary lally columns holding up the structure with a massive mound of dirt left over in the center of the basement.
We had to remove around 15 tons of dirt, which was left from what used to be just a crawlspace; added a foundation wall to hold back the part that the home owner did not need or wanted to dig out.
Basically he was left with a stable home and usable basement with a lot more room; here are some pictures.

Hello there everybody I hope you’re enjoying the holidays
So here was a different situation. This gentleman had an addition onto his home to create a larger kitchen
And in doing so a 9 x 12 area underneath, the kitchen addition was
Inaccessible, however, you could look into it through this window that that used to look out into the yard, but now looks into the unused 12 x 9 space so we cut through the wall poured a floor
Change the insulation some of it had been damaged during construction and put up three-quarter inch plywood walls

Hello everybody,
I wanna show you a couple of pictures of problems we run into while installing a French drain
Lapan’s waterproofing does not require the homeowner to rip down any finished/interior walls. We can work around them/underneath them so you don’t have to have the expense of rebuilding your basement. The footing of this house was very high,
It was only about a half inch underneath the poured concrete floor so we had a chip it down which could take a whole day. This particular job took a little bit longer than that we do this with small tripping guns and we usually chip it down about 4 inches so we can get adequate stone and get our dimple mat behind the finished wall/wooden wall.
We also filled a room/large crawlspace that had no concrete floor and it was just a dirt floor and a lot of large rocks and it smelt very musty/moldy so we filled it up with stone approximately 3 tons. There’s also put/installed chipped a hole and placed a drain at the bottom so the room will so it will never fill up with water. It is tied into our system/French drain.
