Good morning, friends

We definitely got our summer this week, and I'm loving it!

Come on out and see us Thursday night at the Croghan Street Fair from 3-7. We really enjoyed it last year and our looking forward to it again.

Market is Saturday from 8-2

The menu for is ready for this week and I'm really excited for the new items I have on it.

Angel Food Cake
We love this cake here and you can catch us eating it just as it is. It is such a light cake but so delicious! This is the perfect time of year for it as you can add strawberries, peaches, or any other fresh fruit on top of the cake for a somewhat healthy snack or supper.

Funfetti Cookies
This cookie not only looks pretty but it is delicious as well. The cookie is full of sprinkles. We added 4th of July sprinkles to make it festive.

Biscuits
So, I had these on the menu but with me being in the hospital I never got to make them so here they are again. A supper that is often on repeat around here is sausage and gravy over biscuits. And what a treat when you have homemade biscuits, it just adds to it. You can even enjoy them with butter and strawberry jam.

Ordering ends Tuesday at noon. You can choose to pick up in Croghan Thursday evening, Saturday at farmers market or New Bremen either day. When ordering please let me know what day you would like to get your items. I'll message you when your order is ready for pick up.

I'll be delivering to Pae'Leighs Main Street Diner Thursday morning and Red Barn Meats, INC Thursday afternoon.

We had a successful first day of market last week and for that we say thank you!! This is all possible because of all of you!!

Jasmine and I are set up at West Carthage Fire Hall. We are here from 10-3. There is also a chicken bbq happening and it smells so good.

Happy Saturday Friends,

Wow, this week did not go as I had planned, but that's ok. Another new week is coming.

No new items for this week's menu. I need to go back into surgery for them to remove the stent and I'm not exactly sure when that will be, we also have a 9-dozen cookie order for an event on Saturday.

But everything on this menu is well loved and delicious!!

We are also looking forward to being at Croghan Street Fair on June 18th, so the next menu that comes out will be for that and I have some exciting things planned for the menu.

Ordering will end Tuesday at noon. Pick up will be in Croghan on Thursday, Market on Saturday or New Bremen either day. When ordering please let me know what day you would like to receive your items, and I will message you when your treats are ready.

I will be delivering to Thursday morning and Barn Meats Thursday afternoon. Thank you for the support at both of these places!!

Not the sort of view I was planning on having this morning.

Went into the hospital Sunday afternoon for kidney stones, got transferred to Samaritan early Monday morning. Had surgery yesterday morning for them to put a stent in to get the stone out as it was infected and the area around the stone was infected as well.
Feeling so much better and ready to go home. Hopefully that is the case but I’m waiting for the doctor to come in this morning.
We still plan to be at Lowville Farm and Craft Market on Saturday and at West Carthage Fire Hall but with less items then I was planning on.

Good morning,

I hope everyone had a good week, and have a relaxing weekend planned.

Market week!! We are so excited for the start of Lowville Farm and Craft Market on Saturday. We are in the Leroy Nichols building as the Beaver Camp Auction is in the pavilion. That is the first building as you pull in from the main road. We really enjoyed last year and are looking forward to seeing all our market customers. Market is from 8-2.

Jasmine and I will be at West Carthage Fire Hall from 10-3 for a craft fair, they will be food and a raffle for two party baskets that you can enter for a fee of $10 per ticket.

Biscuits
I just have one new item on the menu this week and that is biscuits. Flaky, buttery, delicious biscuits. We had them multiple times since I made them with sausage and gravy and it is so good. They are also good with just butter and jam.

Ordering will close Tuesday at noon. Pick up will be Thursday in Croghan, Saturday at market or New Bremen Thursday or Friday. When ordering please let me know what day you would like your order. I'll message you when your order is ready.
