Picture Window Collection….When I look out my window regardless of the weather, season or location I choose what I see…When I saw this fabric I wanted to dive into it. I wanted flowers so I poured them and painted them…I wanted birds so I added gold leafed ones…I wanted to be enchanted with nostalgia of a time when typewriters were king…a simpler time…

The Picture Window Collection features framed tapestry with the glass adorned with gold leaf scenery and hand painted poured epoxy appliqué. Each Window is one of a kind.
The concept is that we see the world uniquely which allows us to survive each day…why can’t my window reflects what brings me joy regardless the season or circumstance. ❤️

The hardest thing right now for a Creative like me, an empath like me is to find space to make my Art. In this climate I am constantly fighting to make my love of beauty translate. In order for me to create beauty as I do it requires me to see it and it is difficult. However I also know that is the reason it is necessary.... Art allows people that love it a moment to be swept away..a moment to breathe. In a country at war I am yet again a soldier armed this time with a paint brush.

I will not be robbed of my freedom to create and for that freedom Artist must fight even against our own minds. Find the space within ourselves to continue to resuscitate the world with our Creativity. ❤️
