This was a fun one to do on Sunday into Monday! A customer needed to get his steps repaired asap since he will be moving in soon and needed them ready to walk on for the movers. At BALTCO we were able to do this as well as resurface the back landing into the basement! I love working on these old homes in . If you need any masonry work done contact us 410-215-5840!

After scorching heat and then downpours we finished the fence portion of this project! All fences are custom built to suit We started on the landscaping which will include a new flower bed with planted trees to create a natural barrier! Chris came out today to do a lot of digging and disposal to get the flower bed started, and then we took a trip to a friend's dump trailer to get rid of the scrap lumber. Great work

Preparation is key! A true Property&Grounds customer in . We worked on her deck to take care of her property! Nice oil based stain, goes a long way! Oil is richer and tends to last longer than water base and really brings out the best in the wood! And then the grounds! Our customer needed some new landscaping timbers on the top of the their raised garden bed. we delivered!
