Finished a shower rehab. Original installer installed directly to floor causing leaking into the crawlspace. New shower pan liner installed with a custom cement shower pan. Very happy with the final product.

Had a fun change of pace. I was able to install a really cool doorbell camera system from Unifi. Fished cat6 cable through the attic to power and hard wire the door bell module and did the same for the indoor chime module. As a bonus was able to install a smart cooling attic fan!

Yesterday's project. Removed a wild cherry tree in front of a porch. Removed a dead decorative tree roots and all from the front yard. Finally did trimming surgery on an old dogwood tree that has seen better days. Then broke down the wood for future campfires.

Todays project. Removed overhead door and replaced with used french doors for easier access and better light in the base...
