This was filmed mid-build, clamp still on, while I tested the hidden drawer mechanism for the client. The button is actually hidden in the trim. Press it, and the drawer releases.

The reveal is here! 👀

This is a fully custom EDC (Every Day Carry) valet tray, handcrafted from Tigerwood, an exotic hardwood imported from Brazil. Its flame-like grain means no two boards look quite the same.

Press a hidden button, and a concealed drawer slides open from the side. The tray also features integrated wireless charging, built right into the piece.

This one started as a congratulatory gift for someone in law enforcement. The client loved the progress photos so much that she had us build a matching tray for herself, which is why you'll see two of them in a few of these shots. Both feature a custom laser-engraved badge design, personalized to each recipient.

Ever wonder how a lid-mounted hygrometer actually gets a reading from INSIDE a humidor? 🤔

Here's the part most builders don't show you: that sensor sits on the underside of the lid — completely outside the box. The lazy fix? Slap a thin piece of Spanish cedar veneer over it and call it done. Problem is, that barely lets any air through, so the "accurate" reading you're trusting... isn't.

Our fix: a fully custom-cut Spanish cedar liner with built-in ventilation channels, letting real humidity travel from inside the box straight to the sensor. 🪵

We had an awesome client in Las Vegas who had a unique challenge: a large, empty cavity in a pull-out bar that needed a purpose. 🥃

We filled it with this custom 14-1/4” square mahogany and teak humidor, leaving a perfect 1/8” reveal. We used internal miter splines to keep the structure solid, while keeping the exterior clean. The inside is completely personalized and modular with adjustable dividers.

Finished with the gold standard: Brusso Hardware hinges and k***s.
