Spent some time in Pitt recently and got to fix up this bathroom ceiling and repaint the master bed!
LOVING the new color in the master bedroom especially. It really changes the space and makes it so much warmer!

Got to head back to one of my favorite houses this week! 🥰Refreshed an office and a few doors.
‼️ALSO‼️I have a few months between now and my next new home, so let’s schedule! Don’t get me wrong, I love new construction. But my favorite kind of work is in lived-in homes, meeting wonderful people, and getting to refresh spaces to make your home feel new!

Happy 2026! 🎉
I’ve been a little MIA from Facebook, because we’ve been finishing up this new construction home and I wanted to post the finished product all at once 👏
This home is around 5,500 sqft of pure beauty. Feeling incredibly grateful to not only be able to work in homes like this, but contribute to its life and character.

The skilled contractors on this project are all subcontracted, like myself, and offer their services to the public as well! If you’re interested in custom woodwork, tile/hardwood(like that STUNNING custom shower/steam room) and exterior stone/masonry work, shoot me over a message and I’d be happy to share their info 😊

As always, couldn’t be more thankful for the awesome guys I work with. Truly the best team i could ever ask for!

EDIT: My goodness! This post has gone so much further than expected with nearly 12,000 views already🥹 that being said, with support and donations from friends and family, we would love to provide dinner supplies for FIVE families. 🩷

Due to the federal shutdown, SNAP benefits will not be paid in the month of November. Many families struggle year round, and this falling around Thanksgiving can make it very difficult for people to be able to afford a Thankgiving meal to share with their family.

Swoope Painting Services, along with Swoope Electrical Services, would like to donate a full meal to two families in need. This will include a turkey along with fixings.
If you know of anyone who needs help in this time, or you personally do, please message either of our pages with their/your information along with a short message regarding the family, number of people, etc. and we will select two families to donate to.

We will happily deliver the items to the families a few days prior to Thanksgiving so they/you have time to cook and enjoy the holiday with loved ones. 🩷

THE DAY HAS FINALLY ARRIVED!
I am SO proud to say, I have officially finished my first new construction home! 🤩
This truly was one of the biggest challenges I’ve professionally faced. Many, many 14 hour days, too many gallons of paint to count, & so many lessons learned. But I cannot express how rewarding this has been. I have reached a completely new level with my business, and I still can’t even believe I’m here.
I still feel crazy for taking on a 5,500 sqft house for my first new home while not even being a year deep into this, but I’ve always been one to accept a challenge.
I am so thankful, proud, and even emotional.

Again, thank you to everyone who has supported me through this. To Kameron for learning to paint to be my right hand man, being by my side through late nights, and holding me up when i couldn’t for myself. Clint, Nate, Doug & Nick for not only being the best co-workers and mentors, but now family. & Rich and Sepi for taking a chance on the young girl just trying to make her way and build something worth while.

Here’s to SPS, and MANY beautiful homes in the future 🩷

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SPS! 🎉
One year ago today, I took a leap and founded Swoope Painting Services.

What a year it’s been! Full of happiness, stress, pride, tight schedules, learning, and so, SO much gratitude. I cannot begin to thank each and every person who has supported me this last year. From each client, to anyone who simply liked or shared a post- THANK YOU! 💞

A special thank you to the guys I’ve worked with for the last few months on the new constitution homes. Clint, Doug & Nate- the knowledge and guidance they have shared with me is something I’ll be forever thankful for.

AND the biggest thank you in the world to my incredible husband. He has supported me, pushed me, and picked up a brush too many times to count. I could have never done this without him and I am so thankful to have a partner who pushes me to achieve my dreams while backing me every step of the way.

New constitution #2 is finally underway! 👏
I’ve been bouncing back and fourth between the first home and now this one.
In the prep and prime stage and SUPER excited to watch this one come together as well!

House #1 is currently in the finishing stages and getting very close to completion. I can’t wait to show the finished product! 😍

Hey friends!
I’ve hit the point where I’m going to need to hire. That being said, I’m looking for someone mainly in the summer months(for now- possibly much longer as i am looking to bid more houses) i start 2 more new construction houses in the next month or two & i need help with residential jobs in between!
I’m very open to hiring students looking to gain experience or to simply explore the job market for after college/highschool graduation!

❗️EDIT: this could very easily turn into a permanent position. I have new construction homes in line for the next 3 years.❗️

-must have reliable transportation
-be open to traveling to different locations throughout the jobs
-comfortable working in construction and around several other trades
-prior experience is appreciated but not necessary. I’m happy to teach.
-flexible schedule, given jobs can change by the week based on completion & where other trades are at in the new homes

It’s been a minute! 👋🏻
I’ve just been working away on this house and spraying/finishing trim, trim, and more trim. Fairly sure I’ve mastered the art of spraying and making it look like ✨glass ✨
The craftsmanship in this place is like nothing I’ve ever seen. I’m super thankful to be working with (and learning from) genuinely talented people.
Nearing completion within the next few months and feeling FANTASTIC!

This past week has been a whirlwind.
I’ve learned a lot, stressed a lot, but still feel so much gratitude.
5,500 sqft primed ✔️
buffed and vacuumed all walls and ceilings ✔️
ceilings sprayed x2 ✔️
trim sanded ✔️
& a massive shout out to my wonderful husband. Without him being the perfect employee, I don’t think I could have managed.
