This mid-century refresh is proof that a remodel doesn’t have to mean a full gut.🩷
For this project, we reworked the fireplace to create a stronger focal point in the room, adding new tile and a custom mantel while keeping the existing fireplace insert and TV. The new fireplace layout also inspired a new furniture arrangement, using the homeowners’ existing pieces in a way that made the room feel more intentional and connected.
From there, we layered in new artwork to bring color and personality to the walls, added can lighting and chandeliers for a brighter feel, and painted nearly the entire first level a light beige to let the artwork’s colors shine.
The built-ins received a refresh, too, with a mix of new decor and greenery that complemented the homeowners’ existing pieces.
Whether you’re considering a full remodel or simply want to refresh a space that isn’t quite working for you anymore, we’re here to help. Your home should feel like you, and sometimes it just takes a few thoughtful changes to get there. ✨
