Dear Friends,
I owe you a note — and probably a personal visit to say thank you. I am working on traveling more to meet customers this year and hopefully I’ll be visiting your area this year!
Back in December 2024, while doing what I do best (pulling smilax), I managed to do what I don’t do best: flip a side-by-side. The result was a broken pelvis, scapula, elbow, three ribs, several surgeries, and a long timeout that no one had scheduled.
Unfortunately, that unexpected detour meant some orders were delayed — and a few didn’t make it out at all. I’m truly sorry for any stress or inconvenience that caused, especially during such important events.
The good news? I’m officially patched up, cleared out, and back at the helm. Spring is here, the smilax is growing like it always does, and I’m once again pulling, packing, and shipping with both hands firmly on the wheel (and off the roll bar).
Thank you for your patience, kindness, and support while I healed. It meant more than you know, and I don’t take it lightly. I’m grateful for every one of you and excited to be back doing what I love — hopefully with fewer stunts this year.
Here’s to a beautiful, busy spring season 🌿
Warmly,
Georgette
P.S. If you had an order affected during my recovery and feel something was left unresolved, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I want to make it right.
