During my estimate, I was able to pull off the bottom step without hesitation. The entire framework was ready to fall. This is considered a safety hazard and we squeezed this customer in last minute so we had peace of mind for her safety. She received an entire framework replacement, new stairs, and a new support wall. We did not charge her an arm and a leg, it was basic material and labor cost. No extra hidden fees.
