Beach Days for All

Beach Days for All Beach Days for All is a nonprofit organization that helps towns create better beach access for people with disabilities, elderly and any other mobility issues.

The "Beach Days for All" mission is to fully integrate beaches at the Jersey Shore so that our families with special needs children, people using a wheelchair and our disabled veterans have the ability to enjoy the touch, feel, and smell of the ocean and enjoy this the way we all have at some point in our lives. The "Beach Days for All" purpose is to raise & distribute funds to procure & install p

anels for access closer to the water. Unfortunately, we will not be able to give full access to the Atlantic Ocean. It would not be safe with the constant changes tides and the forever changing landscapes of our local beaches. As of 2022 our goal is to change the idea of what a handicap accessible beach should look like. CURRENT BEACHES with Matrax Panels

This was an email I received earlier this week. If interested you can contact Paula.

My name is Paula & I have an electric beach cart with balloon wheels that I would like to donate. I use it to get on the beach due to Rheumatoid Arthritis which limits my mobility. It needs batteries but will work with out them just by pulling it. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. I’m in Seaside Park.

💙 Sometimes people ask us, "How can I help Beach Days for All?"

This is how.

A few months ago, Michele reached out to us as a complete stranger with a huge heart and a passion for helping others. Instead of simply making a donation, she organized a walk in memory of her daughter Lexi, to benefit Beach Days for All and raised nearly $5,000 to support beach accessibility for individuals with disabilities, mobility challenges, veterans, and seniors.

What makes this even more special is that Michele, her husband John, and their beautiful grandson dedicated their time and energy to making this event a success. Their kindness and commitment will help us continue expanding beach access and creating opportunities for more families to enjoy the Jersey Shore.

Michele's story is proof that you don't need to be a board member, a business owner, or someone with special connections to make a difference. One person with a big heart can create an incredible impact.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Michele, John, and Nicholas for believing in our mission and helping make our beaches more accessible for everyone.
