Another new home wrapped up! 🏠🔧

🏠 ROOF REPLACEMENT COMPLETE!

We've been a little quiet on Facebook lately, but we definitely haven't been quiet on the job sites!

Here's one of the roofing projects we completed earlier this summer. The existing roof was stripped down, new underlayment installed, and the building received a complete new shingle roof.

There's something satisfying about seeing a project go from an aging roof to a clean, finished product—and this one turned out great.

This homeowner reached out after noticing an active roof leak following recent weather. With more rain on the way, the priority was clear — stop the damage fast.

We responded quickly, protected the home, and got to work.

🚿 Water Heater Replacement Completed 🚿

After recently purchasing their home, the new homeowner discovered the existing gas water heater was not rated for manufactured/mobile home use and did not meet current code requirements.

For safety and compliance, we removed the non-approved unit and installed a properly rated manufactured home gas water heater.

During the replacement, we identified rotted subflooring beneath the existing unit. The damaged section was removed and replaced to ensure a solid, secure foundation moving forward.

The system is now

✔ Ready for reliable hot water
