A real nice 4 plex, 50 sq siding and over 2700' of soffet. Pretty straight forward, but alot of roof work. Didnt help the "great" north dakota weather we had this spring. Looks like 2 more going up this summer as well.

A little at home progect the wife wanted done. Tough to get the at home stuff done with fair westher on the way, but we all know happy wife happy life. Tore out a center load bearing wall, opened it up 12 foot, and building a small wet bar.
