☀️Now this yard will stay dry and walkable and with the powerful sump pump it will move some water quick!

* 180’ 2” PVC discharge out to the city ditch with a pop-up emitter.
* 4” solid drain pipe with 5 extra catch basins.
* Tied in 2 existing gutter downspouts.
* 1/2hp sump pump installation inside an additional catch basin.
* Delivered and spread 4 yards mix dirt to help level and slope towards new drainage.

Real simple sand leveling done in Greenleaves. We love working in the shade of those trees!

This client had several low spots and divots in the front yard that he wanted leveled and smoothed out. We always recommend using high quality mason sand for these applications for several reasons:

* Does not have the concrete chunks like concrete sand
* Does not have torpedo grass and other seeds for future w**d growth like river sand
* Mason sand also has a very fine beach sand texture which allows it to improve drainage and it makes it easier to spread evenly

Front yard renovation knocked out on this beautiful Friday in Louisiana. Simple beautification!

* Brought in some fresh high quality garden soil
* New plantings, Knockout roses in the corners, sunshine ligustrums, coleus flamethrower, azaleas, and some angelonias
*Topped it off with some fresh pine straw

❗️FRONT YARD MAKEOVER ❗️

After some trees were removed and the stumps grinded, this front yard was a mess! Brought in some new Grade A Zoysia Sod after leveling and re-establishing the swale for drainage.

* Stripped, killed, and removed all existing grass
* Removed and dumped over 8,000 pounds of tree stump wood and undesirable clay soil
* Spread 14 yards 50% native top soil 50% mason sand
* Re-established drainage swale
* Spread 6 pallets Grade A Zoysia Sod

This sod will set in quickly and get plenty of nutrients from the fresh native Louisiana top soil. The mason sand mixture helps with drainage and does not grow w**ds, as opposed to using river sand which is known to produce torpedo grass w**ds among others.

The schedule is rapidly filling up, please submit a request on the website soon to guarantee a spring installation!

Artificial turf is an excellent and cost effective way to eliminate many problems Mother Nature throws our way when it comes to our outdoor living spaces.

This turf was an excellent replacement for a difficult patch of grass sandwiched between the rocks and concrete patio. Now the concrete will not be stained by mowing and walking through muddy grass and no more swampy mess tracked in by the dogs.

And the best part is you don’t have to lift a finger!(except to go to our website to get on the schedule of course)
