An Olive Garden style Zuppa Toscana made in one pot in about 35 minutes, with a whole jar of Alfredo sauce doing the creamy part.

Italian sausage browns with Cajun and Creole seasoning, then onion, garlic, parsley, Yukon Gold potatoes, and chicken broth go in. Stir in the Alfredo, cover, and let it simmer until the potatoes are tender.

Raw chicken, dry macaroni, and broccoli all go into one dish with cream cheese, and it comes out as a creamy chicken broccoli mac and cheese without anything getting boiled first.

Add chicken broth and milk, stir, cover with foil, and bake. The cheddar goes in at the end.

I make this on busy weeknights when I want dinner to handle itself.

A caramel rimmed glass, fresh apple c***r, and tequila come together in a fall margarita that tastes like a caramel apple.

Everything shakes up with warm caramel sauce and a little orange liqueur, then gets strained over ice with a splash of Sprite on top. I make a pitcher of these when the first cool evening hits.

Juicy chicken thighs stuffed with Boursin and roasted over potatoes and peas, all in one dish, is the kind of dump and bake dinner that tastes like you tried much harder than you did.

You pull back the skin, tuck in a generous spoonful of Boursin, and let the oven do the rest. I make this on nights when I have zero energy left to stand at the stove.
