Luiza’s (in this video) concern is her chin area which tends to get black heads and clogged pores in general, as well as hormonal acne. She has not come for her facial in a while but we are going to make this more consistent so she can see true results.

If you have 😖dry skin, here are some tips to having your 🪄💫✨ ✨this summer:
1) Lower your shower temps - the hot water 🚿 will strip your skin of essential oils, leaving it drier.
2) After cleansing, use a lightweight moisturizer 💧 formulated for your dry skin. Light weight, water-based moisturizer with hyaluronic acid will help provide this hydration. 👌🏼
3) Add a face mask 🧖🏻‍♀️ to your routine. BUT don’t settle for a cheap mask. More on this in the next post! 💡
4) Exfoliate! More on the different exfoliators and how to shop for them to come.
5) Use SPF ☀️ - I mean, do I really need to explain this one, ladies? 😏
6) Shaving 🪒 mjndfully. There’s a couple thing to keep in mind:
•Don’t shave your legs when they’re dry
•Apply a shaving cream or gel
•Shave in the direction of hair growth
•Shave a small section at a time
•Change/dispose razors after 5-7 shaves to help minimize irritation
7) Use a humidifier in your home - these can add a much-needed moisture to the air. 💦 This is more useful during the winter season, but if you have dry skin it wont hurt all year round. Air conditioners can decrease moisture levels in the air as well as heating. 🥵
8) Facial mists 💦 - a spritz of treated water will keep you feeling awake and will revive your make up and moisture content in your skin! 🤩

🧔🏻Men can and SHOULD get facials too. before & after. Those with good skin are not necessarily the “lucky” ones. It takes work and taking proper care to maintain good skin.
