Currently in the process of having a concrete extension in Arlington, Texas

What we did:

Extended the pool patio with a durable, broom-finished concrete surface for safety and slip resistance
Corrected grading so water drains away from the house and landscaping
Installed expansion joints to reduce cracking and protect the long-term look
Applied a high-quality sealer for stain resistance and easier cleaning

We removed the debris and got to work—lots of digging, hauling out old materials, and careful prep to expand this poolside space in Arlington, TX. The goal: a stronger, cleaner, more usable patio that gives this backyard room to breathe and the whole family more places to lounge, grill, and play.

Highlights from the job:

- Heavy excavation and removal of old concrete and landscaping materials to prepare for repouring of new concrete
- Graded and compacted base for a flat, long-lasting slab
- Added proper reinforcement and improved drainage to prevent future issues
- Finished edges and smooth transitions to the pool for a safer, cleaner look

In Crowley, we take care of our neighbors. We recently wrapped up a concrete parking lot project at a local nursing home, and this one felt a little different.
