End of the Road Greenhouse

It’s a magnificent day here in The County…I spent most of the day working on window boxes in the greenhouse..if you left your boxes with me, they will be ready for pick up by Monday…I believe it’s too early to set them out unless it’s just for hardening..out in the day inside at night. We should be able to start planting those garden veggies in a week. I have all kinds of veggies growing and are available for purchase…. The weather outside is….crappy right now..but in the greenhouse it’s warm and full of plants…are you looking for geraniums, petunias and marigolds to name a few.. Or do you want some herbs, veggies or pumpkins and sunflowers?
Let me know what you’re looking for…I’ll tell you if I have it…then you can come see for yourself..
It’s almost that time of year to set your seedlings out and watch them grow…I can help you with that…

I’ve been busy in the greenhouse..it’s still a couple weeks before I’ll be selling stuff…it’s way to early to think about putting anything outside! There’s still frost potential even though there are some nice days in the forecast…
All too many times I have people buy their plants and get impatient..then a frost comes along and kills their hard work. Just wait awhile yet…

It’s that time of year and the greenhouse is full! I have been transplanting full time and things are taking shape. I am behind schedule but I think it will be ok in the end… there will be a wide variety of flowers, herbs and veggies…
This year, the greenhouse is open by appointment only. And, I have not opened for the season yet. For a number of reasons but don’t worry….I’ll be sure you can get what you want, when you want it…I’ll be posting more later for sure but for now here are a few pictures from today…

It’s been a very quick but successful season in the greenhouse.. now it’s time to plant the gardens and flower beds. The greenhouse is closed for the season and I want to thank everyone who came out and supported my little venture. Keep an eye out later this season because I will be selling fresh vegetables and fruits from the gardens. Again..thank you for supporting me.

Thursday thru Saturday the greenhouse will be open from 10-3 and on Sunday 11-3. Memorial Day the hours will be 11-3 also.
It’s that time of year to start planting your garden and I have all kinds of beautiful veggies and herb sets. There are also plentry of beautiful flowers...come by and check them out. I’ve commented below each pic as to what it is.

This is The Weekend....we have all been waiting for Memorial Day weekend...time to plant our gardens, put seedlings in our flower beds and put our window boxes and hanging planters out. Oh, there may be a chilly night but you can cover your plants for the night. The tomatoes have blossoms on them in the greenhouse..they are going in the garden this weekend...the geraniums are gorgeous in their shades of pink, white and orange and who can resist the little faces of the marigolds?
I’ll be open until 3 today..CLOSED TOMORROW... and opened 10-3 Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Sunday and Monday I will be opened from NOON to 3.
Stop by to get your seedlings and there may be a few surprises too...

There is a chance of frost in some of the low laying areas..if you have plants outside be sure to cover them. It seems tonight is the only night we have to worry about but you can never tell up here...
Tomorrow and Tuesday, I will be opened from 10-3. I will be closed Wednesday. I have veggies, flowers and herbs all ready to go in your gardens. Come by and check them out...

Hours are 10-4 Monday through Friday. 9-3 on Saturday and closed on Sunday.
