One of our recent projects has been building a new home for the Fricke family. They had great ideas and vision as they selected rustic alder doors, trim and cabinetry. Another great idea of theirs was a rustic pallet wall in the office.

We just got started on a rehab home we purchased in Maplewood, MN. Great area next to Weaver Elementary School. It is a 2+ bed, 1 bath. 1154 Sq Ft. It's a solid one story built in 1952, but it needs a top to bottom rehab. When complete, the home will have new: bathroom, vinyl replacement windows, refinished hardwood floors, replacement doors and hardware, electric service panel, plumbing, carpet, maple cabinetry and stainless appliances. Render view of the kitchen shows the new design. It's going to be a great home. We should have it on the market the first week of march.

Here is a picture of what the closed cell spray foam looks like when installed. 3" of foam is installed into the 2x6 wall cavities. It comes in a 2 part solution in liquid form, and travels down two hoses. It is mixed at the spray nozzle as it leaves the nozzle. It has a chemical reaction and expands slightly. It has an R-value of 7.2 per inch. It surpasses the R-19 of a standard fiberglass wall, but unlike fiberglass, it does not loose its r-value when the outside temperature falls. Other benefits are: there is no need for a v***r barrier as it creates its own, it fills voids and nooks as it expands.
