Yeahhh… that was cute.
Until I showed up. 🔧💪

This awning was out here two-stepping every time the wind blew.
Now it’s solid, secure, and standing on business.

Ripped up old carpet, screwed the floor down tight, removed wallpaper, retapped all the angles and butts, patched hole, skim coat of mud on all walls, fresh paint on everything and linoleum flooring! Brought this old room back to life.

New cabinets and counter tops. Opened wall up and installed cabinet and butcher block top, coffee station and new vanity in bathroom.

Bathroom remodel! Tore out the old rotten subfloors. Installed blocking, new 3/4 treated subfloor, 30 lb felt moisture barrier, 1/2 in BC underlayment. Ridged core vinyl plank flooring. Few drywall patches. Tore out that old corner vanity and dead space corner. Installed a vanity her sister made years ago out of an antique dresser thats been just sitting in the shop since taking it out of her old house to add that sentimental touch. New toilet, new shower which we had to open up the bedroom door wall to get it through and in to the bathroom. New baseboards. Fresh paint in Farrell Calhoun’s Smokey wings acrylic latex eggshell. Bright white semi gloss for the baseboards and cabinet.
